Outer Space Playroom
Crafting a playroom with a captivating space theme while incorporating storage, bean bags, and a piano area involved a thoughtful blend of aesthetics and functionality. The walls were adorned with celestial artwork depicting planets, stars, and astronauts, creating an immersive space atmosphere. To maximize space, storage units were installed, providing ample room for toys, books, crafts and games. In one corner, I created a cozy reading nook with bean bags which double as stuffed animal storage. The piano area was strategically placed under a series of artwork. The playroom's color palette, inspired by the cosmos, featured deep blues, reds, and white. A hanging desk was used to house the budding artist's supplies while providing a perfect place for her to create and imagine. A large washable rug provides softness and durability for the young explorers. Our team also organized and labeled all of the toys and crafts supplies for this room.
Castle Playroom
Transforming an empty basement into a dream playroom castle was a labor of love that combined creativity and practicality. I envisioned a whimsical space where imagination could run wild, so the first step was to plan a layout that catered to various activities. I divided the area into different zones, including a cozy reading nook adorned with colorful bean bags and a climbing wall of above a moat of foam blocks. The main play area boasted a castle-themed playhouse with turrets and secret passages for endless adventures. The walls were covered with murals of enchanted forests and magical animals. Storage solutions were seamlessly integrated, with toy chests doubling as castle treasure chests. Overall, the dream playroom castle in the basement became a haven for creativity, where every corner was an invitation to explore, learn, and let the imagination reign supreme.
Art and Creativity Space
Transforming a once-unused home office into a vibrant art room and workspace for the kids was a lot of fun. The walls were covered with black and white pictures with a strategic pop of color of the kids doing art projects. A long, sturdy table was placed at the center, equipped with storage bins for art supplies, ensuring easy access for the little artists. The room was adorned with the children's masterpieces, turning the walls into a gallery that showcased their creativity. Shelves displayed art books, sketchpads, and colorful storage containers, adding a touch of organization to the lively space. The once underutilized home office had now blossomed into a vibrant and inspiring art room, where the children could freely explore their creativity and express themselves in a space tailored just for them.
